Organic growth built for conversations, not clicks

Ringmark is a managed organic growth service. Every week it finds what your buyers are looking for, turns the best opportunities into evidence-led content, and publishes nothing until a person has approved it.

Why it matters

The right people, backed by proof, approved by a person.

01

Conversations, not clicks

Traffic is easy to count and easy to misread. What matters is whether the right people start a conversation with you.

02

Evidence before opinion

Every claim is checked against a source before it goes near a draft. A number without a source doesn't get published.

03

A person signs off everything

Nothing goes live on its own. A person approves every piece before it is published, every time.

How it works

One loop, eight steps, every week.

Each turn starts from what the last one taught you. The human approval step sits in the middle of the loop, not at the end of it.

01

Discover →

Find what your buyers are looking for, asking and comparing.

02

Decide →

Score the opportunities and pick the few that are worth doing now.

03

Create →

Draft the content in your voice, from your approved claims.

04

Assure →

Check every claim, source and rule against the quality gate.

05

Human approval →

A person reads and approves each piece. Nothing publishes itself.

06

Publish →

Approved work goes live, and only approved work.

07

Measure →

Track the conversations it starts, not just the visits.

Strategy first

Set up front. Followed every time.

Before anything is created, your strategy is written down in one place. It drives every decision that follows, so the work stays on-brief, on-voice and within what you can stand behind.

  • Your ideal customer
  • Your offers
  • The claims you can and can't make
  • Your tone of voice
  • Your rules and red lines

Scored, not guessed

Every opportunity is weighed the same way.

  • Demand. Are people actually looking for this?
  • Fit with your ideal customer. Is it the right person asking?
  • Evidence strength. Can we back it up with a real source?
  • Effort. What will it take to do it properly?
  • Risk. What could go wrong, and is it worth it?

So you can see why something was chosen, and why something else wasn't.

Quality gate

Green, amber or red. Nothing in between.

Before a piece reaches a person for approval, it has to clear the gate. The gate has three outcomes.

Green

Passes every check. It goes forward for a person to approve.

Amber

Something needs fixing first, such as a missing source or an off-tone line. It goes back, not forward.

Red

Breaks a rule or can't be supported. It stops there and isn't used.

Even a green piece is not published on the gate's say-so. A person still has to approve it.

The weekly report

An honest read on the week.

Every week you get a short report. It says what happened and what to do next, including when the right answer is to do nothing.

In the report

  • What was approved and published
  • What the measurements show
  • What was learned
  • What comes next
  • A clear recommendation, which is sometimes to do nothing

No vanity metrics. No activity for its own sake.

Who runs it

Run personally, with specialist support.

Ringmark is available now as a managed service. I run it personally, with my specialist team, so you deal with me from the first call to every weekly report.

Named for the growth rings of a tree: one more each season, and every one visible.

An honesty note

I won't promise numbers before I've seen yours.

Questions

Fair questions.

Pricing on request. You get a short proposal after our call.

Can you guarantee results?

No. I won't promise numbers before I've seen yours. What I can promise is a clear process, honest reporting and nothing published without approval.

Does anything go live without being approved?

No. Every piece is approved by a person before it is published. There are no exceptions.

What do you need from me to start?

A conversation about who you sell to, what you offer, what you can claim and how you sound. That becomes the written strategy everything else follows.

Why would the report ever say do nothing?

Because sometimes it's the right call. If the evidence doesn't support a move, I'll say so rather than fill the week with activity.

Let's see if it's a fit.

A short call. No deck.
